Daniel Párraga has spent his career building software, designing platforms, leading engineering organizations, and helping companies navigate technology and organizational change. Párraga Consulting dates back to approximately 2011 and reflects a long-running practice of applying that experience in a practical, advisory way to organizations facing similar challenges.
Many technology problems involve more than technology itself. Architecture, people, processes, priorities, leadership capacity, and business outcomes are often interconnected. The consulting practice is therefore another way Daniel applies his experience to help organizations solve meaningful problems without losing sight of the people and operating realities that determine long-term success.

Daniel values continuous learning, mentoring, collaboration, and practical execution. He also volunteers time supporting food distribution efforts through Second Harvest Food Bank of Silicon Valley.
